Kiah is a subversive, anarcho-queer leaning ecosexual who has been working as a community organizer for over a decade. They hold a Master's degree from the California Institute of Integral Studies in Anthropology and Social Change, and their academic and activist work centres the co-creation of an Earth-bound future which is expressed in relationships, consent, stickiness, grief, and contradiction. Kiah is a practicing community Herbalist, and works to decolonize through active participation in land regeneration practices.
Mercury has been Kiah's companion since 2014. Since then, he has been a co-conspirator in many possibility-making projects. Mercury's energetic sensitivity and emotional awareness bring a kind of presence to spaces. His gifts of play and protection evoke safety and joy in many. Mercury acts as a teacher for humans to learn the depths of love and relationship through difference.
